Center for Wine Origins Ambassador for New York

The center is a DC based organization whose mission is to promote and protect unique wines from unique locations. 

The Center for Wine Origins is an educational campaign and advocacy organization committed to promoting the importance of location and to gain greater protection of wine place names in the U.S. It was founded in 2005 by the wine regions of Champagne, France, and Porto, Portugal.

As the Ambassador for this organization my role is to reach out to retail store owners and managers, sommeliers, beverage directors, and wine educators to educate them and their consumers on the importance of location and to expand Americans knowledge about the uniqueness of Champagne and Port.
