In all her teaching, May marries her passion for wine, along with her extensive knowledge of the industry. She strikes the perfect balance between presentations that are informative and engaging, with a keen awareness of her audiences' needs.
She is a long-time instructor at the International Wine Center and has created classes for International Culinary Schools as well as private industry clients. May had led countless sold-out consumer classes at such popular venues as Astor Center and Artisanal Cheese Center in NYC.
May is a WSET® Certified Educator as well as a Certified Wine Educator from the Society of Wine Educators.
